My journey is going pretty good. I have to get back on track though and start exercising like i was before. :) I did lose 16 lbs, but i gotta get back to drinking my 8 glasses of water and keeping track of what i eat. :) i stopped doing that and i've noticed i'm not doing as well. I think it helps me to see what i'm actually eating and how much i'm actually exercising. :) So starting tomorrow i'm going to do better!!! :) That's cool you joined the "getting fit before Baby" team. I'm done having babies now, but after i had Gabe i was trying to get back into shape, but i didn't. :( I think it's a good idea to get into shape though before a baby, it really helps!! Oh, and I made some hummus the other day. it was soooo good!!! I bought pita bread and i eat it with that. it is so good! I think next time though i won't put as much garlic in it. :) 3784 days ago
