My 2021 Winter 5% Challenge Commitment:
I will exercise at least 15 minutes 4 days a week and do strength twice a week.
I will track my food and stay within my calorie range.
I will drink at least 5 cups of water a day.
I will check in daily with my team, leaving a comment on the team Discussion Board.
I will read and comment on blogs as I have time.
Not following any particular diet plan. Use food ideas from ...

I have lost 50 lbs, slowly. But that's okay. Because of the 5% Challenges I have been exercising regularly. I Will Reach My Goal!
