    Hi Tina: thanks for your comments on my Spark Page. I started doing the Food Lovers Fat Loss program, which I bought from an infomercial a few months ago. I actually haven't been following it closely, but trying to stick to the guidelines that I can during the holidays. I did the first 3 week induction phase which is supposed to reset your metabolism. I guess it did that, and now, if I pay a little attention to what I'm doing it seems to make a difference. That's the only thing I can think of. Also, by the way, in October, two weeks into the program my cholesterol was down 33 points from where it was in August. Maybe it would help you, too. If you're interested in knowing more about it, let me know. There is also a group on Spark. After the holidays I'm going to start with it again in earnest, as well as more frequent exercise! I've learned so much from SP, and my mind is in such a better place than it was before I joined - I'm really looking forward to re-dedicating myself. And I'm happy to be able to do even the amount that I'm doing now.
