My Weight Loss Journey.....


Hi! My name is Michelle, I am 39. I have 2 daughters who are 17and 15. I also have a step-son who is 16, I was married in October of 2009. My weight loss started in Feb of 2008 where I went from a size 18 (205lbs) down to my current weight of 139lbs as my all time low. As the years have gone on I have gained. Now back in the 180s. Now its time to get rid of those extra unwanted pounds and tone up everything that I have lost so far. My husband is very supportive of my weight loss goals and willing to help me out in anyway he can! What more can a girl ask for!!

To tone of the weight I have already lost, loose the last 20lbs before this summer.

My Program:
 I am following the Skinny Bitch Vegetarian book, watching my calorie intake. Stopped drinking soda. (that was hard!)


Personal Information:
I am always looking for other people to chat with!! I live in Cornelius and would like to find a weight loss buddy to help me out. My husband works long hours so anything would help!

Other Information:
 Huge NKOTB fan, love to read, chat online, e-mail. Make new friends, walk/jog.
