Introduction Text I just climbed back on the Sparkwagon after months away down the depression cliff. Happy New Year, everyone!

--to reach and maintain a healthy weight --to live an active life --to take the time to do everything I have put off in the past

Combining diet and exercise (both in gym and out in the world). Follow the basic calorie count and nutrition balance. Drink lots of water--ideally in ounces at least half your weight. One major challenge for me is to take the time to acknowledge my accomplishments. I tend to focus on what remains to be done instead of noticing how much is already achieved.
