My Goals:
I have a few goals.
Goal #1: Get to 140 before Christmas. This would bring me to pre pregnancy (142) from my most recent baby.
Goal #2: Get to 138 by the end of January 2013. This will bring me to pre pregnancy from my first. This weight loss goal will have to include any pounds put back over the holidays. Hope to keep it to less than 3 lbs.
Goal #3: Set a date to make it to 130 by spring. After that see where I'm at and re assess my goals.
