    Insanity is going, slowly as I'm not following the calendar to a T and incorporating some other cardio in throughout the week but it's going.

    I hear ya about the nutrition piece. Working out will never be my problem and since nutrition has such a higher value in your weight loss I had to figure it all out. I got the Chris Powell book about Carb Cycling and this is my first week.

    I did my research and am eager about it. The basis is to not allow your body/metabolism get used to your eating routine. You switch off between a high carb day (stay around 1500cal) and a low carb day (stay around 1200cal). You are eating 5x a day and protein and veggies at every meal and either a carb or fat along with it depending on the day. You get one free day a week on Sunday, then back at it the next day. So far I'm feeling balanced, haven't gotten hungry once or felt like I wanted something I shouldn't and haven't felt stuffed either.

    Haha just seen your comment on my fit test photo.. switch kicks are one of the simpler ones for me... my globe jumps need some work LOL

    How are you doing? Honestly, I had a hellish two weeks with crazy hours at work and I did not get my daily Insanity in... I didn't stop completely but I missed quite a few. Refueling this week and have adjusted my calendar so I can get back on track.
