Hi

I'm Alex, and i'm 25.

I recently gave birth and my weight ballooned during but it's taken 25 years to get this heavy! I'm currently about 217 lbs and would ideally like to get to 176 eventually :)

I want to feel better about myself, enjoy my son and not be ashamed to be in photo's with him or my husband!

Anything after 176 is a bonus but i'd love to get to 150 :)

6th August - 221 lbs
13th Septemeber - 207 lbs

Went back to work 1st november and everything went tits up!

I'm now back to about 210 lbs so better than i was but still going in the wrong direct!

I am struggling with healthy meals now i'm back at work and on my own with a baby. i leave at 7am in the morning to take baby to my child care for the day and by the time i finish work and pick him up i'm not back until 6.30pm, starving and stressed about needing to eat and get baby bathed, fed and ready for bed. As i'm on my own every night i have no chance to go out and do exercise classes which for me is the worst thing ever as i have NO motivation when the only person who can see how much effort i put in is myself - i'm a lazy bitch and i know it. I try and do the Wii Fit Plus but i just dont feel like i've done anything or i get out of breath and give up cos noone is pushing me to carry on!

So - help will be needed in order to keep me on track as i'm lacking time and self motivation - i know what i want to do but i just can;t seem to do it through lack of time and or support! Was so much easier when i wasn't at work and baby wasn't so demanding!

My Goals:
Ok, first goal is to go from 217 lbs to as low as possible before 22nd Oct as i have a Twilight Convention (how sad!)

1st proper goal is 196

2nd goal is 190

3rd - 182

ULTIMATE GOAL - 176!!!


My Program:
3 X 3MILE WALKS A WEEK

HORSE RIDING 30 MINS TWICE A WEEK

DANCERCISE 1 HOUR HARD WORK OUT TWICE A WEEK

Need to do more i think :(



Personal Information:
I'm 25, married with a 4 month old son.

I'm from England in the UK, i'm currently on maternity leave but will be going back to work 1st nov so not sure how diet/exercise routine will go then!


Other Information:
Completely Twilight mad!

I'm going to my fist Meet the Caste thing on 22nd Oct so i need to lose some weight before then!
