Hi everyone. I want to lose 60 pounds by December and I think Spark People is just the right place to do it. I started with Spark People last month, and am just getting around to filling in my spark page. So far, I am down 15 pounds. The nutrition tracker is a big help. I do need motivation to exercise. I'm hoping to find some good friends here with Spark People.
I selected the turtle as my ticker icon because I have a turtle. His name is Tippy.

 Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
I am following Spark People plans, drinking at least 8 cups of water a day and tracking my food. I never realized how many calories I was shoving into myself!
