Introduction Text 2013 GOALS: 1. FINALLY hit my goal weight of 145 2. Buy and WEAR a BIKINI for my 10th wedding anniversary trip (in August) 3. Add more strength training into my workouts as well as keep up with my cardio 4. Run a 5K (it't not a marathon, but I'm not a distance runner at all!) Current weight: 173 (Jan.10, 2013) Weigh in Jan 16: 170.4 Jan 23: 171.4 Jan 30: 170.5 Feb 6: 168.4 Rewards: 165: New outfit for work 160: New pair of workout shoes 155: New everyday outfit 150: Spa day! 145: NEW BATHING SUIT!!!!
