    Hi Allie! I just came across you page in my SP wanderings lol... looks like you weight loss goals are pretty much identical to mine! You'll have no problem getting to your goal weight... like the pp said... just take baby steps! And as sucky as it is, definitely use the nutrition tracker, I've learned so much by using it (portion control, healthier snacks, etc) really is one of the most useful tools on here!

    it's never easy, but you can do it. Just one thing about loosing weight, 10% is genetics, 10% is working out and 80% what you put in your mouth. I learned that in my journey over the last 3yrs.
    You can do it, I know it is hard, but you are here which already great.
