Introduction Text My name is Reagan and I am determined to rededicate myself to weighloss and healthy living. I started this journey in May 2009. At that time I joined Sparkpeople and lost a total of 70lb. That brought my weight down to 255. I have gained 26 pounds back. And that puts me at 281. I have been out of this game for a while, and now I am ready to get this ball back rolling. I know that this is more than do-able and it shall be done. I am not looking to "be skinny", but be comfortable and happy with myself. No matter what anyone has to say. I am ready to present a happier, healthier, Reagan

I work out 3-5 times a week for at least 40 minutes. It can be a struggle sometime. This is a lifetime commitment.

I am a 33 year old, married, mother of two. I currently reside in the wonderful city of Memphis. Since joining the gym I must be the first to admit the I really enjoy going. It has played a vital role in my weight loss.
