hi! my name is aj... i am 26 and am extremely excited to start losing weight the healthy way. i've done it before by exercising reguarly, cutting out fried greasy food and limiting my portions and snacking. it seems like its harder for me this time because of my office (constantly sitting) job... but that's why i'm here. for the extra moral support and to get motivation. i love meeting new people so feel free to contact me anytime. -aj-

Fitness Minutes: 36,220

My Goals:
- my vain goal is to lose weight so i look good for my sister's wedding next July.

-my logical goals are to lose weight so i'm healthier.

-i want to start eating more vegetables and less starches. this will be my biggest obstacle. i love breads, pastas, etc... and the only real vegetables i like are raw spinach and cucumbers...


My Program:
=Fitness=

I work out everyday (sometimes twice if I'm bored.) I alternate between 60 minutes on my Elliptical machine and 100 crunches; to 90 minutes Elliptical and 50 crunches.

-Also, 1-2 times a week, I will work out to a Dance/Fitness DVD.

-I'm blessed to live within walking distance (10 min walk) of my job. I walk to work, walk home at lunch, walk my dog, walk back to work, then walk back home - Monday through Friday.

= Diet =

- I have cut Fast Food and fried foods completely out of my diet. I eat only fresh fruits and vegetables, and meats that are either baked or grilled on my George Foreman.

- I've never been a soda drinker, but I do love tea. So instead of drinking the full calorie/suger filled iced teas, I am hopelessly hooked on the Crystal Light (and similar) packets. When I exercise, its strickly water. I also enjoy unsweetened tea.

    Hi. I am in Texas, not Lancaster but I know there is a walking club in your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly.
