Hi! I just watched your vlog. You're suuuuper cute hahaha! I'm sorry you couldn't sleep! I hate it when that happens.

My shin splints are still bothering me as well... I have completely stopped running, and have just been walking and riding my bike as much as possible. I'm not really sure how long they last, there is an article on SP, and it describes it a little bit, and it says it only takes about 7-10 days to heal, but I've been out of commission for over three weeks! My cousin who is an avid runner says they can last for months sometimes! I talked to another friend and she suggested compression socks. She explained them as sort of keeping everything just a little bit tighter so your joints and things don't get so jostled around.

Have you considered volunteering at the YMCA? You can volunteer there for a few hours a month and either get a discount or a full membership and they have some GREAT classes there. Spinning, zumba, a pool, etc. Just a thought!!! Then you can switch it up with your workout routine! I hope your shin splints heal quickly... if you hear any tips, please pass them on to me!!!!!!!

Here's the article I found on SP.

    Heyy

I measured my own feet to just double check using the sizing guidelines on the site (I can go anything from a 6.5 to an 8!). There was a search for high arched running shoes which I really need and they feel perfect tbh! Definitely made a difference to the ones I tried on in the shop. No problems as of yet~ I loves 'em.

Umm I just looked on the currency converter thinger and it says around 50 usd? It isn't too bad in my opinion, cheaper than I expected to pay anyway!

Thanks for the goodie and the comment on my blog. You are so sweet. It was nice for me to get all of that out, and everyone's comments were so wonderful. I was a little worried about posting that, only because I'm usually such a private person, but I've been slowly learning to let people know who I really am! Thanks for being such a great spark friend! I appreciate it more than you know!!!

You are doing an amazing job!!! You've already lost 6 pounds! WAHOO! Isn't it grea to see your ticker go down? Also, don't beat yourself up over that burrito. Everyone has days like that. As long as your stayed within your ranges, you really have nothing to worry about! It's a lifestyle change, not a diet! Don't forget that! You're only human! (And humans love burritos. Enough said.)

    Heyy

Haha no worries, thanks btw :D.. The first day of c25k was soo hard for me to begin with, but it was an achievable sort of hard if you know what I mean? Never knew I'd be able to run proper before now xD it feels goood.

How'a your shins feeling? How's the dreaded elliptical too? Haha. I've never been on one personally haha but they look fun from what I can tell :P I guess it probably doesn't get your heart rate up as much as running, or as interesting as running outside~
