My Goals:
To eat healthily
To have a healthy BMI
To exercise regularly, at least 3X weekly
To feel great about myself

My Program:
 Drinking at least 8 glasses water a day

Playing hockey, jogging and using the elliptical trainer each once a week

Eating low glycaemic index foods

Tracking my food & exercise daily

I'm an English 44 year old working mother of 2 sons. I live with my family in France. I love cooking and craft and kicking up leaves.

    Thank you for your concern for us about the storms. Some of the storms here have been pretty violent of late. Last night there were some houses un-roofed near us. We are just fine though :)
