Amy's Struggle to be Healthy


I am 37 years old and I desperately need to lose weight. I am only 4'8" tall so the extra weight I carry is really bad. I am a single mom to two teenagers, DS who is 17 and DD who is 13. Both keep me hopping with their activities. I rarely have time to eat well. My hardest goal is going to be planning healthy meals that we will all enjoy.

Fitness Minutes: 100

My Goals:
* lose 1-2 lbs per week
* drink 64 oz of water each day
*plan healthy meals and snacks

My Program:
 I am just starting but I am going to try to eat 1200 calories a day plus walk on the treadmill/clothes hanger at home at least 5 days a week.

    I've been off of this site for a while. I found myself on it practically all day, and I didn't get anything done. It's addicting to stay on here.
