Changing for good
My name is Amber, I am 33 and I have 3 kids. I am looking to find a way to have a healthy relationship with food. I eat because I find pleasure in the food, not because I am hungry. This is terrible, because I can gain weight so quickly if I'm not careful. I would like to weight around 150lbs. This time will be different! I will make it happen!

I live in La Habra, Ca. with my three children and my husband. I work full time and I am always so busy at home that rarely do I have anytime for myself. So using Sparkpeople makes me feel good that I am doing something for me.
