Introduction Text The last three years have been about change for me. I started at Curves and did really well the first 6 months... 16 months later, my weight hadn't budged...and I rarely do. I met the man of my dreams who didn't mind the "jiggly bits", and I let myself slide some more. I quit Curves do to ethical issues with the owner, and never found a way to get in my 3 times a week after that... I'm getting married in October 2009. I want to feel great and look great and have that glow that you see in that picture to the left. I miss it.

Fitness. Self-esteem. I just feel like crud and I don't like it.

Program? What program? At this point the only thing I can say is that I'm about 95% dairy free.

I am a born and raised West Virginian, and I'm proud of it. I love to cook and bake and feed people delicious stuff. Probably part of the problem :P I've had a few rough years lately, and I've been working my way out of the funk. I recently met the man I'm going to marry...sometimes the pieces just fall into place.

I read for fun, mostly Nora Roberts Romances. I love to take long walks with no destination. Love to browse flea markets and tiny shops with no money in my pocket. I have two cats...my babies, as I call them. I crochet, I teach, I listen, I dream.
