Oh!! As for interval suggestions... i HIGHLY suggest MiCoach by Adidas! If you have an iphone, Blackberry or Android, they have an app that is awesome. Basically, it let's you choose your training program and tweak it for YOUR running level and then the app plays your music and tells you when to run and when to walk based on your level chosen! I LOVED it when I was running consistently.... I injured myself in April, so I am juuuust starting to get back on the horse again! 3608 days ago
