I want to change my eating habits to healthy habits. I want to lose 1 lb per week, eat 5 fruits/veggies every day, exercise 150 minutes per week, and be a good example for my daughter as she's starting to eat real foods.

I'm making sure to keep track of all of my food on Sparkpeople. I go to the gym over my lunches at work and run on the treadmill. I do strength training at home on the Wii Fit. I'm adding in more fruits and vegetables, which will replace all the junk I used to eat. And I'm also using the discussion boards for motivation!

I live in Omaha, Nebraska and work at Primacy Relocation as a Relocation Associate. I have an Associate's Degree in Accounting (that I'm not using!) and a Real Estate License. We just bought our first house in May 2009, which we just love :) And we had our first baby in June 2009, which we love most of all!

I love to read books, mainly "young adult novels". My favorites include the Harry Potter Books, and the Twilight series. Both are excellent and really draw you into their world. I have one kitty, Squeak, who is 14 years old.
