I love my family, music, art and often see God through my camera lens. I am a stay at home wife and mom and live in Texas. Too many blessings to count.
And I have learned that Not just being good at something is enough. Important life value for me : Friends are very important and treating all people with kindness must be remembered.

My husband is the incredible encourager in my life. He is with me when things get tough.

I have learned to exercise in only a way where I am smiling and enjoying myself. Example, Zumba, Ice Skating, Line dancing, Gardening, walking, and now I am learning how to Clog. I am also rewarding myself every 5 pounds and this time I am redeeming them. Before I never really did. But now I believe that I am worth the effort. I am worth it. I am worth it because I am a child of God, a wife of an awesome husband, a mom to the best kids ever, a daughter to two very special parents, a sister to an amazing woman and brother, an aunt, a cousin, a granddaughter, and a friend to so many special people. I mean so much to people and they mean so much to me. And that is why I am worth it.

Stay on the Spark people recommended diet and count calories. "Happy "Exercise everyday. Clogging, Ice Skating, walking, gardening , Zumba, swimming, dancing, and just plan standing up instead of sitting all the time. To just keep moving...
