Introduction Text I have 2 grown children, 22 and 19, I lived in Japan for 15 years and have traveled to UK, Ireland, west africa,australia, canada, parts of u.s., okinawa, hawaii and various parts of japan. My children are bilingual in Japanese and english, I have a cute dog named dannyboy. Dannyboy passed away a few months ago since I wrote this a few years ago. I have been in and out of sparkpeople several times. I am weight watchers now and in a weight management program at a local hospital trying to get my health concerns under control. I have gained a lot of weight back..am now 217. Have severe carpal tunnel in my hands, migraines most everyday, epilepsy, tired from all the medication they put me. But I keep plugging away at what we call life. The one thing I love to do is on sunday go to church and worship God. Experience His presence and there I sense the presence of God. I find peace and His love there. Be blessed everyone.

Well I have just a few goals because I dont want to put myself up for failure. 1. I have reached my goal of 8 glasses of water a day..my one and only goal I have reached!!! 2. I just got out of the hospital and my goal in exercise is to be able to take the dog for a short walk and work up from there.

I am on a low carb diet placed on by my absolutely wonderful doctor...120 carbs per day. Looking at the cad and atkins diet..still not sure what I will go on. I am trying to accomplish my weight loss by tracking the food I eat, slowly work exercise into my life, blog, talk to other people and incorporate water in my diet.

I love horror and action movies. I am a born again christian. I dont read that much but when I do its historical romances and the bible. I love scrapbbooking and especially card making. I especially love love love going to archivers a scrapbooking store..its like putting a little child in a toy store..lol If you love making cards would love to hear some of your ideas. I stamp, emboss, use whatever i can to make a nice card...smiles. Well I guess that is all for now. Hope to get to know each and every one of you. Blessings!
