    Hi Amy, I just wanted to tell you since you were really interested on your comments to me. I went to a couple of staff barbecue's this week and I think I overdid it a little (more than a little). We had shrimp, chicken and beef kebobs as well as several different salads and some curry rice salad. Then we had different fruits and a chocolate fountain. I must say it wasn't easy so I just enjoyed. I haven't got on the scale yet, but I will on Sunday. I don't know what happened to my ticker, I was at 183 lbs. but when I checked in this morning there was nothing on it. I need to get back on track. Help. Carolyn
