-March 4, 2013: Had a rough week. Definitely wasn't on my eating game the best I could be... I got discouraged from not seeing a difference on the scale after being "really good" and so I started to not care and eat whatever I want. I weighed in this morning with a 1.6 loss though, so that's encouraging (I HAVE shaped up in the last few days). Got in 5 days of exercise last week.
-February 24, 2013: Yesterday I did 65 minutes of intense elliptical and ate well. Went out for Thai food, and I had a clear-broth soup and a mango peanut bean sprout salad. We also went out for dessert (frozen custard) but half of mine is still sitting in the freezer. =)
-February 23, 2013: 147.8
My goal is to reach 140 pounds by April 20. That's one pound a week. I will exercise 5-6 days a week, and eat clean. I've been in a funk lately, and I'm excited about really hitting it hard again and getting this done!

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 5 pounds; this will put me at 171.8.
*DONE 06/24/09*
Goal #2 is to lose 5% of my body weight: this will put me at 168.3, and I hope to do this by July 4.
*DONE 07/07/09*
Goal #3 is to lose 10 pounds, and be 166.8.
*DONE 07/31/09*
Goal #4 will be to reach the 15 pound mark at 161.8.
*DONE 09/09/09*
Goal #5 is 10% of my body weight, which will be 159.8.
*DONE 09/19/09*
Goal #6 is to be rid of 20 pounds (!!!) at 156.8.
*DONE 10/30/09*
Goal #7 is 154 and an officially NORMAL WEIGHT BMI!!
*DONE 12/11/09*
Goal #8 is 25 pounds at 151.8.
*DONE 3/7/10*
Goal #9 is to have lost 15% of my starting weight, at 150.3.
*DONE 5/1/10*
Goal #10 is THIRTY pounds, at 146.8. *DONE 10/6/10*
Goal #11 is TWENTY PERCENT, or 35.3 pounds, at 141.5. *DONE 12/26/10*
Goal #12 is 140 pounds.
Goal #13 is 40 pounds lost/136.8...so close!
FINAL GOAL WEIGHT: 135 pounds!


My Program:
As of January 25, I am weighing in at 143 pounds. My goal weight is 135. This is the spring of 135. I will work out and have fun with it. I will pursue my passions. I will achieve my goals. I will nourish my body. I will feed my mind.



Personal Information:
I weighed over 215 pounds as a teenager, and little by little I've been getting healthier, fit and dropping pounds.

    Canada, eh? (like you haven't heard that a gazillion times over haha) I am a Christian! I am 19 (20 next January) and I live in Phoenix, AZ.

    Having a support system is good! We could always be goal buddies, as suggested on the front page!

    Yeah I'd love to get rid of my weight before I go visit my soon-to-be in laws, but I think that's a little unrealistic (By thanksgiving? Probably not.)

    We have a lot of similar interests! I am a film student currently, and I love to travel! (My parents were missionaries while I was growing up). I also was a vegetarian for three years, but it just wasn't working out for my lifestyle. So I know where you are coming from, and I think we could be great friends!
