One Day at a Time


I've made regular exercise and healthy eating habitual staples in my day-to-day life. I'm not stressing out about occasionally going over my calories, or missing some gym time if I'm sick.
I think I've gotten into a good groove with my life and whilst I'm still using Spark, I'm not living on here anymore. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at and where I'm going right now, thanks to those of you that have been friendly and supportive along the way.
