Fitness Minutes: 44,611

My Goals:
1, To become consistent doing daily stretching as part of my exercise routine..
2. To participate in the Fall Challenge and get my focus back on healthy eating & exercise.
3. My ultimate long range goal is to prevent developing type 2 diabetes (Stong family history).


My Program:
1. To record my food intake on a daily basis.
2. Emphasis on LTG, increased fruits & veggies and 8 cups fluid daily..
2. Walking 30 minutes in the morning along with stretching and strength training 3 days/week.



Personal Information:
I have struggled with losing weight my whole life. I have always carried 10-30 extra pounds.
I am frustrated I gained back my loss. Need to lose again and keep off.

Summer 2019 5% challenge: Lost 6# (Goal 8.4#) Final weigh in 162.1
In-Between 2019 Challenge: Lost 2.8#. Final weigh in 159.3
Fall 2019 5% challenge: Lost .4# (Goal 7.9#)-didn't quite make it :) Final weigh in 158.9
In-between 2019 Challenge: Final weigh in 160.1 (Happy to have made it over the holidays w/ this final weight.)
Winter 2019 5% Challenge: Lost 1.2#. Final weigh in. 158.9#
In-between 2019 Challenge: Final weigh in 159.7 #
Spring 2020 Challenge: Final weigh in 164.2 # - Ugh!
In-between 2020 Challenge - Start 164.2! Miust get serious and go back to basics

    If you are keeping track of your weight for the In Between Challenge don't forget to fill in the template tomorrow, Saturday. During this challenge each member sets their own weight loss goals, even if that is just to maintain or to gain less than you would if you weren't checking in. No one is monitoring your weight. You need not post your weight unless doing so benefits you. There will, however, be a template available so you can keep track weekly.

Don't forget weigh in is tomorrow Saturday by 11:59 PM but you can do it earlier if needed. Early is always good for weighing in but late is not!

    No matter how you did, we are glad you were here. It was rough for some of us in one way or another but we finished as a team. You are a Firecracker!!!

    Thanks for stopping by the other day. It has been a hectic week and I needed a little R&R! So many phone calls, address changes, etc, I am determined to get it done....just don't know when!
