Fitness Minutes: 39,425

My Goals:
1, To become consistent doing daily stretching as part of my exercise routine..
2. To participate in the Summer Challenge and get my focus back on healthy eating & exercise.
3. My ultimate long range goal is to prevent developing type 2 diabetes (Stong family history).

My Program:
1. To record my food intake on a daily basis.
2. Emphasis on LTGL and increased fruits & veggies.
2. Walking 30 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening along with stretching.

Personal Information:
I have struggled with losing weight my whole life. I have always carried 10-30 extra pounds.

Other Information:

Summer 5% challenge: Lost 6# (Goal 8.4#) Final weigh in 162.1
In-Between Challenge: Lost 2.8#. Final weigh in 159.3
Fall 5% challenge: Lost .4# (Goal 7.9#)-didn't quite make it :) Final weigh in 158.9
In-between Challenge: Final weigh in 160.1 (Happy to have made it over the holidays w/ this final weight.)
Winter 5% Challenge: Lost 1.2#. Final weigh in. 158.9#
In-between Challenge: Final weigh in 159.7 #
Spring %% Challenge: Final weigh in 164.2 # - Ugh!
In-between Challenge - Start 164.2! Miust get serious and go back to basics

    emoticon It can be challenging. Its like fighting an addiction if I know what that was like but for the most part it’s behind me. I use to bing eat them now I just fight the want. I give myself a taste now and then but I never feel the need to over do them anymore.

    It helps to keep suger out of your drinks. I drink water and unsweetened tea.
    I use to have a problem with chip but lately I’m not wanting them.

    So I guess all I can say is do your best not to eat them and it gets easier. Good luck emoticon
