To be able to look like this again is a far off mountain but with the good information and a family of like minded people I can at least get close.
I started at a whopping 356 and my knees are crying out for help. They look fit in this pic and I hope they will be again sooner rather than later.
I initially joined 8 Feb 2008 and the first 19 days I lost 19 lbs.
I was made redundant on 7th April 2008 and lost the will to live and went up to 372lbs through comfort eating and sheer greed and laziness. What a joke!
Am I just one of the 85% of the failures who has been on a diet all their life and got fatter by the hour as soon as something out of their controll happens and give up? Maybe you have a few ideas you can offer me because I seriously need some help here?
I don't want to be on a diet for the rest of my life - I want to be normal.
And here I am again in 2016 at 375 lbs on 7th April. A sad and sorry excuse is not cooking it this time. I really must do this.

Love little children - big ones too actually!!!! They are so much fun that it reminds the world how to live right and reminds me of the innocence that was taken away from me that should be cherrished in all children.

    Sounds as if you have been throught the mill last year, very sorry to hear that. Emotional eating I think is the hardest disorder to deal with. It's inspiring how you are hanging in there. Well done!
    I identified greatly with the never wanting to diet again. I'll be watching your journey with interest!

    Hi there! I got a comment on my page from EMERALDGREEN1, so went to her page and saw your comment on her page and here I am! I have read you bloggies from the beginning of the year and all I gotta say is You Are Doing Marvelous!!! You have such a great attitude and are definitely on the right track. Diets do NOT Work!!! It's a lifestyle thing, little by little, bit by bit, become aware of what you are putting in your mouth and how you are moving about. If you don't like something (diet food), don't eat it! I actually cheered out loud when I read that on your one bloggie!! Keep up the fight, and you will be wearing lil pink shorts again in no time, don't forget to post a pic when you do!
