Time To Loose The Flab and Become Fit and Fabulous
I'm hoping now is the time that I finally get motivated enough to stick with my weight loss plan. I want to become a healthier and smaller version of myself, not only for myself but for my family as well. I want to be a healthy role model for my children, especially for my daughter.
Many times before I've tried to loose weight with no success and got extremely discouraged and so I gave up. I've got a lot to loose, over 100 pounds, and it certainly is a daunting task to think of. I ...
I'm hoping now is the time that I finally get motivated enough to stick with my weight loss plan. I want to become a healthier and smaller version of myself, not only for myself but for my family as well. I want to be a healthy role model for my children, especially for my daughter.
Many times before I've tried to loose weight with no success and got extremely discouraged and so I gave up. I've got a lot to loose, over 100 pounds, and it certainly is a daunting task to think of. I know no matter how much I wish the pounds would just melt away quickly its not going to happen without a lot of effort on my part. Hard work and determination will win the game! I've also got a very supporting family who wants to see me happy with myself too.
So I've decided to take it one day, one pound at a time. If I slip from time to time then I'll pick myself up and start all over again.
