Back at it!
Here we are 10 years later... after really enjoying the time of my life traveling and seizing adventures abroad, I've returned home to see the family through multiple tragedies. Neglected my own wellbeing through it all these past 2 1/2 years, back injury flaring up, and I'm back to 163 very uncomfortable pounds. Time to learn how to make this work for my midlife body. This time around there's only me which makes cooking less appealing than grabbing something on the fly. Regroup, retrain, and ...
Here we are 10 years later... after really enjoying the time of my life traveling and seizing adventures abroad, I've returned home to see the family through multiple tragedies. Neglected my own wellbeing through it all these past 2 1/2 years, back injury flaring up, and I'm back to 163 very uncomfortable pounds. Time to learn how to make this work for my midlife body. This time around there's only me which makes cooking less appealing than grabbing something on the fly. Regroup, retrain, and reestablish a healthy me! *** I made it to and past my second goal of 136lbs... as of 23MAR10 I am still hovering at 133lbs and watching to see where my healthy eating and lifestyle will take me**** (See my blog entry dated Aug. 17, 2009)
