I am making it happen!

I want to be able to walk upstairs without a dose of oxygen.
I want to eat healthier, feel better and have more energy.


My Program:
 Following WW points
Exercising for 10 min every day
Going for a walk every day
Getting my 8 cups of water
Writing in my journal and tracking food.


Personal Information:
I am a nurse working in Germany but living in Belgium. Have been married for 40 years this year, have two children, 5 grand daughters and a great dog. And from time to time even a grand-dog to take care of, since my daughter brought home a little stray from her vacation.

Other Information:
 I love movies, reading, knitting and sewing.
