Introduction Text 07/21/11 Hi, I'm starting all over again and so decided to completely upgrade my profile. I joined about a year ago and was making good progress and then I had a very bad emotional relationship and let it all go. I am in a much better place now emotionally and am ready to really live my life and do this for me. The lowest weight I got down to was about 205 lbs in October and I gained about 20 lbs since then. It makes me completely sad and depressed but I don't want to feel sorry for myself. I just want to do this. So here I go again!

I want to be healthy and happy. I want to try on clothes and they look good. I want to have people look at me and think she looks good! :) My goal weight is about 140lbs.

I am trying to incorporate some level of exercise into my life every day and I am eating healthier- cutting down on white flour, sugar, pasta, potatoes and the such. I am going to be incorporating smoothies into my life, along with more fresh veg and salads.

New Goals Current 225 -07/21/11 220- August 5th, 2011 215- 210- 205- 200- 195- 190- 185- 180- 175- 170- 165- 160- 155- 150- 145- 140- 140 is my goal weight right now.

I want to also have a closer relationship to God and be a better person; helping others and providing happiness. I am also writing a book!
