I'm Losing It!
I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of 2 wonderful children. I have also been married to a wonderful man for the last 14 years. We are missionaries living in Belgium working with US military teenagers who are stationed here with their parents.
I am so thankful to have found this site and the wonderful encouragement and tools here. On July 1, 2009 I officially hit the "I can stand it no more!" mark and decided I had to do something about my weight.

Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
1. Fly on an airplane without using a seat belt extender. DONE! 1/21/10
2. Take a tour on a Segway.
3. Go on a hike with my husband. DONE! 5/14/10
4. Be able to run DONE! 5/8/10
5. Complete a triathlon
6. Lower my BMI to the healthy range.
Completion Goal: trip for hubby and I to Pompeii, Italy.
My Program:
I use the nutrition tracker before I put anything in my mouth! This has been the best decision I have made!
I have also begun the Couch to 5K running program. My goal is to run a 5K this fall. **DONE! 5K completed in 44 min 32 sec.!!!
