I am intentionally creating a goal to remain positive about my life, even in weight loss!! I have put myself down far too many times. I intend to say something positive about myself every day, no matter how little it is. Too many times it's easy to take the low road in life - and just skim along, never rising above the ho-hum daily grind. I want to retrain my brain to NOT say bad things about myself (I'm so fat, I'll never lose this weight, I'm not athletic, etc, etc). I CAN do this,and I CAN change the way I think!

My Goals:

My goal is to lose weight, and become healthy, inside and out. I'd like to lose 100 lbs by March, 2011.


My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

I am going to journal daily, and begin exercising. I am going to stick with my GF diet - and watch what I eat. I am going to drink my water!

Like to read just about anything. Not a big fan of exercise, but trying to be. Like artsy things - draw my own notecards, like to crochet.
