    Girl, do not give up or stress.....that will not help you. Practice some breathing techniques in order to lower your stress level because if you don't you could end up depressed. You will do fine........I know weight it is an important issue for you right now but I'm sure class is more important. So, do what you can with the weight issue until you get out of class(meaning school comes first then your weight). When your done with class put all your effort into losing weight. If you keep pushing yourself so hard with both of them your going to end up in a place that will not help you. We do not need to be what you can and as you have the ability add to it in a way that does not cause stress. If it is just excercise try to walk around the campus or parking lot a bit before and after or between classes.....if it's food pack your own. I know it's easier to go to a fast food restaraunt but unless your eating a salad it is not a good idea to even tempt yourself with it.

    Please don't be so hard on yourself, stress will actually slow the weight loss down also. So remember that......
