Introduction Text Hope my Spark Page finds everyone in good spirits and health!! Excited to be part of the Biggest Loser Challenges!! We are soon to be starting our 2020 BL Fall Challenge on September 2, 2020. All challenges takes a 10 week commitment, this one is 9/2/2020 to 11/10/2020. BL Fall Challenge Motto is HARVEST YOUR HEALTH. I'm part of the BEAUTIFUL AMETHYST BUTTERFLY TEAM and added our motto is CHANGING COLORS, CHANGING LIVES!! Not suicidal, but as I once heard someone say, "Alice Evans, are you living or just existing?" Well I'm just existing. I don't want to just exist, I want to live, so that is why I have decided to come back to Spark People. I have been on a weight roller coaster, since forever, (like most of us here) so at least I know I am in the company of others who understand the struggles of life. I'm hoping to be encouraged to back on the wagon of a healthy living lifestyle. I want to be a source of encouragement to others too.

2020 - GOALS & REWARDS: (Still working on ideas for little goal rewards, I'm up for any suggestions) 150 - 145 - 140 ~ 135 ~ 130 ~ 125 ~ 120 ~ 115 ~ 110 ~ 105 ~ My goal is to get into better shape. Exercise and eat right. Get my life back from depression.

I plan to start logging into this site and the Biggest Loser site for awhile. I plan to may small baby step goals and reward myself accordingly. (need help with suggestions)

My name is Anna and I am from California. I enjoy cross stitching , doing puzzles, Sudoku puzzles, board games, being with family. I struggle doing a lot of these things because of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis and 2 bulging discs in my neck. Which in turn leads to depression because I want to do these things but have no energy or motivation. I am hoping that reestablishing myself here with Spark People will help in my healthy lifestyle goals.

I love animals. I have a terrier mix (Tinky - 12 yrs), yorkie chihuahua mix (Mamasita - 9 yrs) and a chihuahua (Little Little aka Chunky monkey - 4 yrs). They are my babies and are always by my side. I am truly blessed by their companionship.
