Hello, my name is Anne. I am married to a charming guy named Michael, have two extraordinary children...Logan & Sylvia and an adorable dog named Zhanne. All of whom I love with all my heart and keep me very entertained and busy.

Fitness Minutes: 117,485

My Goals:
I met my first target goal to lose 16 pounds by 9/15/10. I did it with an extra 0 .6 lbs & with one day to spare!

Next to lose another 16 pounds by 12/31/11, this was also met.

My last 8-10lbs is stubbornly hanging on!

Total weight loss of 42 -45 pounds is my long term goal! Not there yet as of 4/30/12

My desire is to do what I need to do to lead a healthier lifestyle. In order to do what I want to do...which is live a full life enjoying everyday living with my family and friends.

Learn as much as I need to to make healthier food choices. Be sure to make it a habit to workout weekly. Be a more active person.

My Program:
To keep track of what I eat at least until it becomes natural to me to chose the healthier foods and to practice portion control until it is a habit.

To have a cardio routine 4 times a week for 40 mins. Second to include a strength routine for the upper, lower body and core. 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
I originally live in Bayside, Queens County in the State of New York. I moved to up- State New York to Mahopac, Putnam County in 2001. Where I reside with my husband, two children and dog.

Other Information:
I love spending time with my husband, dog and children. I enjoy reading or watching SCI-Fi and horror. I like to travel and visit new places. I love dancing and joking around.
Laughter is my drug of choice.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.     Yes Anne there are places for me. I have a card to get into snap fitness (20 miles) or I could even drive the 5 miles to go to my sisters office- she has an exercise room. I have just been too lazy. I want to take the dog for a walk outside in the sunshine.

    I am trying to decide if the cost of yoga is worth it or not. She is good however it's a half an hour drive one way, so it really takes a lot of my evening. Once it is nicer, I would prefer to be outside.

    Happy Valentines Day!

    living with my sister is going to be a bigger adjustment than I expected. We do get active together however their eating habits are different, not very healthy. I have decided that I can not have supper with them- which is usually around 7pm. They do not eat a lot of vegetables with a meals, so I have to figure out what is going to be best for me. She comes up with a lot excuses why they eat the way they do- so I am not going to fight her on it.
    I am going to try- eating their supper left overs the next day at lunch and supper is going to be a light supper. wish me luck

    I'm hanging in there. Wish I would lose the weight. Just don't have enough gumption I guess.
