Introduction Text Hi, 2015 using Sparks menu, exercises and coaching I lost 67 pounds. My goal for 2016 was to loose another 50 pounds in the San Antonio Texas area or more. Started near 400 pounds. I have l learned my Mother and Sister both had advanced type 4 Cancer late 2015. Going to Chemo, tests etc in two different cities - plus to prevent weight loss due to cancer treatments had to prepare higher calorie with fat & lean proteins for others. I slipped back some pounds. Mainly maintained past lost weight then gained back 30 pound in 2017. Since I still have over 100 more pounds to go considering Bariatric surgery November 2018. Hard to get back into better habits with so many doctors visits, stress eating and emotional eating. Weight on September 1, 2018 is 296. Thank you Spark supports who are Friends!!. I love the changes in appearance, builds my self confidence and more friendship and improved self confidence Sparks program has given me. Thanks all those on Sparks for your advice and encouragement.
