Introduction Text My name is April. I am 21, married, and love to eat!! I came to this site hoping for it to go hand in had with Weight Watchers to get and give support for weightloss and healthy habbits. Any advice is appreciated! I am beginning to see that a healthy lifestyle change will be forever rewarding in all aspects of my life. I am really glad that I have realized this now, at 21, rather than 20 years down the line!!

I want to go back to feeling like I am pretty and not Fat anymore.. I want to be free of the hold that food has on me. I want to exercise 6 days a week. I want to fit back into my favorite jeans!

I started weight watchers about a month ago and have already gone down from a 16 to an 11!! If you work the program and dont cheat, it will work!
