    Hey! I saw your comment about sneaking food and could total relate. After visiting your sparkpage I realized that we have similar weight loss goals (my heaviest weight was 150 and I hope to be around 120/115). I've been stuck around 135 for sooo long! I was wondering how you managed to lose those 23 lbs (specifically workout routine) and whether you hit any plateaus? Thanks and congrats on the weight loss! :)

    I saw your comment on the poll about sneaking food - the spoonful of icing and was stopped in my tracks! I seriously thought I was the only one who ever did that! And of course I won't stop with one spoonful - it happened just last week! I don't know what possessed me to by the icing - i certainly wasn't planning to bake a cake! emoticon Thank you for sharing - I'm not alone! emoticon

    thanks April!! i think you look great too!! it was awesome seeing you at the convention too!!

    i'm keeping on track, had a screwy two or so weeks... halifax for 4 days really threw me off my routine and regular schedule:Pbut im back there with my eating and progressing. I have about 30 lbs for my goal... as one gets closer, it gets harder and one has to kick it up a notch!! it's hard hahaha :p
