Back to the drawing board. I was surprised when I came back to this site to see that I was 216 in 2008, right before moving into my little house. And that I was 250 lbs at the start of June 2008, but lost down to 216 by October of 2008.
Well, I'm 246 and it's the start of August. Will I be able to get this whole thing under control and get back to 216 by, say, November? That's not that far away. I bet it would make a huge difference in how I feel though since I don't remember ...

Living in the little house was harder. Sure, that's an excuse, somewhat, but there was no room to cook and no room to work out. It was also far from any gym. My new house is larger and has a great kitchen that I can cook in. It is not a large kitchen, but the layout is better and I have a dishwasher.
I'll get back to working the program that worked for me.
Things off my list:

My Goals:
I want to be healthier and ache less. I want to be able to do any physical activity I wish to do - with little trouble from carrying around this weight. I want my joints to feel better. I want to look better, too.
My Program:
I eat clean.
I eat real food. Just not too much and mostly plants.
I think there is always room for improvement, so I am doing that. I'm cutting out white sugar, HFCS, artificial sweeteners, additives, preservatives, colors, fast food and anything processed. And I'll LIKE it. :)
