So I finally decided to take control of my life and I needed help and since all of my friends live 400 miles away snce my recent move to Arizona I fIgured this would be a good support group for me. I am challenging myself to loose 100 pound in 1 year and I'll take all the help I can get!

 I plan on exercising and counting calories I feel like I've tried every other diet out there so i hope this one works
