Bonjour! I'm Jenn, a 34 year old mother, wife, and student. I have just finished up my bachelor’s and am prepping for the LSAT while my husband is deployed. I have two daughters, 17 and 14. I have faced A LOT of health issues but maintaining weight as a post menopausal woman has been one of my most difficult challenges. My Goals:
*Get back into the habit of eating breakfast.
*Eat a healthy snack between breakfast and lunch.
*Workout three times a week.
*Do something active during the weekend...besides clean the whole house :-/

My Program:
 *1200-1500 Cal per day

*Cardio &Strength Train 3X Weekly

* 1 Fun Outdoor Activity on the Weekend.

*Soup/Salad before dinner every night.


Personal Information:
* Love to dance (personal fav is argentine tango)

*Attend U.H.

*Live on Schofield Barracks
