To be honest... i wasnt watching what i ate so i could have a higher weigh in for the biggest loser thing at work but come to find out theyre doing the weigh ins this week....booo. soo i didn't do so hot suring the week and then i went to PA for my cousin's wedding. Then my sister had her baby so I haven't got back on track. I packed my lunch today for work so today should be good... just gotta stay strong when it comes to dinner lol Great job on keeping up with the eating...that's really the most important factor to this lifestyle change. but I'm usually the same way.... ill either eat great or ill work out great... never do them both at the same time hahaha Got anything going on this weekend? Hey! I am glad you are doing well. You are going to get under 160, I know it! I am far from it, girl! I have been eating terribly and always hungry because of all the running. Once this marathon is done, I am going to have to start counting calories again and just balance out. 3123 days ago
