I *guess* we can talk on here. I don't know about you KU people though ;) hahaha. No really, I'm glad to make new friends on here and especially those that live near. Honestly, I have nothing against KU. I'm not a native Kansan, so it's all the same to me. I just happen to go to k-state. Hope you're having a good day and stop by anytime. Maybe you could give me some tips on how you got thru a 5k. whew. makes me tired just thinking about it!

Hi again...well based on your height there is only a 100 calories difference making the maintain intake around 2100. So I'd leave it the way I explained it earlier and choose what is best for you. I try to create a deficit of a little over a 1000 a day for myself but that's pretty easy for me because up until a week or so ago I struggled to even reach the 1200 calorie minimum. I guess it took awhile for my mind to accept that I HAD TO EAT MORE to lose weight! Crazy huh? But I was working out WAY too much then! I redid the math a little for you on the 2 lbs a week and figured if you can burn 400 calories 4x a week and eat 1200 calories a day it will still create the 7000 calorie deficit! If that is too aggressive for you to stick to just create the 3500 deficit! it's hard either way but eventually you do get use to the changes!
