I am here to get fit and healthy. The past eight years I have let my weight creep on unbeknownst and now I am here to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 110 lbs by the time I reach 40 and that gives me exactly 3 years and 4 months to do so. I KNOW I CAN AND I WILL DO JUST THAT. Today, I don't want to get back to the pre-pregnancy weight, but get strong and lean. I don't have a goal weight or an image of how I want to look when all this excess weight is gone, but am ready and waiting to see how the loss looks on me.

NUTRITION: Measuring everything that goes in. No unhealthy food. Eat food cooked at home - NOTHING PROCESSED. Get in as much of fruits, veggies, and fish. FITNESS: Move about as much as I can. Do 3 days of ST. Do at least one 10 minute video each day. Do a different video from You tube each day.
