I am looking forward to changing my lifestyle. I am simplifying my life in many ways--such as shedding the accumulation of stuff in my home, minimizing the time I spend on unimportant things, and switching to a healthier way of living.

My Goals:
Goal #1-Keep carbs under 30 grams per day
Goal #2-Try to get 3000+ steps in per day
Goal #3-Keep calories around 1500 per day
My Program:
"Make small, simple changes to create a good foundation, and then begin to add more changes slowly to build on that foundation."

Personal Information:
My husband and I live in west-central Ohio and have 3 children. Two are grown and we have the youngest, 14, still at home :). I'm 55, diabetic, and am changing to a Keto lifestyle. I enjoy home projects and playing board games with my family. We also have 3 dogs and a cat!
