Hi, I'm 33 and step mum to two kids and 5 shih tzus..

I first come on sparkpeople originally for just a exercise programme but I have become interested in a few different aspects on here.

I am one of those types of people that is interested in what routines people have. So heres mine.

4/5 am I usually get up and do my first dog walk of the day before 6am. If I lie in my dogs will bark to wake me up which I found out every weekend as they wake me up at just after 6am arrghh!!

6am ish I usually do my exercise routine courtesy of sparkpeople.

7.30ish I do my mile long dogwalk.

8am I shower and go to work.

If I can I do try and do exercises throughout work day (if my colleagues arent looking:-))

3pmish I normally get home , have dinner and play with the dogs and maybe do a few exercises and take the dogs out weather depending.

After 9pm I go to bed...absolutely knackered till the next day!

I also do a pedometer (have done so for the last year or so as I like to do over 10 thousand steps a day. Usually its about 12/ 14 thousand.

II now drink non caffeine drinks ~ seriously nice taste. I do LOVE chocolate but try and limit it. I also love oranges/ satsumas/ clemintines and onions ~ raw or cooked I dont mind.

I do forty situps a day and have now started exercising every day.

Well, I cant think of anything else to add at the moment...

Apart from Good Luck everyone:)

My Goals:
Lose weight about 20 pounds by May.

I stopped smoking on the 25th Dec 06 and have kept it up (its hard trying to lose weight at the same time). 1 year and 10 months and counting.

This will be my sixth year of being a teetotal person.

My Program:
My aim is to lose weight or tone up so my dogs are actually earning their keep now! They are keeping me busy (bless them) and the little sods are making me run around after them.

Personal Information:

Other Information:
I am a big natural remedy type of girl (its my country upbringing methinks;-)) and I enjoy astrology (I'm a aquarius). I love dogs with a passion (I would like to open a dog boarding/ kennels in the future) And I am a huge reinvent yourself fan!

If you wanna see more of my dogs heres a link to their page.

hi - i couldnt help but notice your pic of 5 shih-tzu babies! i too have 5. my bonny and clyde had babies about 3 months ago. we sold 2, plan to keep one, but still have 2 for sell. i have been very picky as to who and where they go - thus - i still have them. having 5 right now with 3 in diapers (ha) is so hard! my bonny and clyde are potty trained, but 3 babies having accidents is horrendous! i keep those 3 in my laundry room - but every night when i get home from work, it is work - work - work! pick up, sweep, bleach/mop the floor, etc. -- and i havent taken them for a grooming yet because i wanted them to look like a shih-tzu puppy when/if they do get sold. so added to the above, i have nightly grooming (we just bought this house about a year ago and the yard is not shih-tzu friendly) - any suggestions on keeping my sanity until these babies either get sold or get potty trained? thanks!!!!!!!!!! oh - by the way --- your babies are precious!!!!!!!
