    So how are you coming along with the first few days? Being able to keep up with the tracking? I think that is the hardest part. I noticed that if I don't - I'd completely go off of my fitness and nutrition plan.
    But it is nice to have a few other ppl you know that are doing this too!

    Wishing you good luck on this journey, and hope this really changes your health for you. I cannot imagine the scare!
