My name is Stacy and I live in San Diego. I'm 39 years old and am on my way to losing 50 lbs. I'm married with no children. My main struggle is making sure I eat enough each day and I'm following the Medifast program.

I like working out in the mornings so if anyone is looking for an early morning workout buddy, let me know.

My Goals:
To move from a size 12to a size 4 - 6 and to reduce my body fat to 25% (currently 42%) in a healthy, sustainable way.

My Program:
 Monitoring my caloric intake to ensure that my body is receiving what it needs. Creating a deficit between nutrition and exercise where I will begin to lose the unwanted fat.
