My name is Andrea. Ive been married for 27 years, have a son, step son and DIL plus 2 grandbabies I love spending time with. I also have 5 furbabies. Fibromyalgia and heart disease are my 2 biggest health conditions. I had open heart surgery 8 years ago at the age of 45. I've had way to many health problems. The last 3 to 4 years I was my parents caretaker. Between their health conditions and hurricanes its been one challenge after another. My mother passed away 2 years ago and my father in February. Even though its been very stressful at times I look at life a little different now. All things were lessons that God wanted me to learn. I have some challenges ahead of me but it's time for me to set some goals, not just for me but for my family. We have 2 beautiful grand kids that are spoiled. Isn't that the fun of having grand kids? Our furbabies are just as spoiled. My pool time is one of my stress relievers and great for fibromyalgia. I love riding with my hubby on his motorcycle. He's the one who persuaded me to get back on SP. I am thankful for Gods many blessings. "One day at a Time."

My Goals:
Walk at least 30 minutes a day. Eat healthier foods. My goal is to lose 27 pounds. Fibromyalgia can be a challenge. It's going to take a lot of determination but I can be very stubborn. ??

    Thanks for visiting my blog. I am glad you posted even if we disagree on politics. I welcome other view points.

    I do actually agree that Biden may be in very early stages of dementia having been through it with a parent. However, usually what they know best they retain for a while. I think he can function and do a decent job for now. He will have good advisors around him and maybe even someone prompting him, if needed. Ideally, he will assess cognition and be willing to step down when advised. It could start a national and global conversation about dementia and knowing when it's time to retire. Might make people feel less shame and be willing to get evaluated. Until then, I think he will be fine to serve at the beginning. I would like to see us rejoin the Paris climate accord, get the nation unified again, get the pandemic under control, build better foreign relations, etc. I think he is the much better of 2 candidates who were not ideal. When I voted for Hilary I couldn't stand her, but still felt she was more qualified. I see some possible signs of early dementia is Trump as well and his father did have Alzheimers.

    I could probably rant about all the reasons why I think Trump has been a disaster, but I won't fill up your space with that. I am glad you felt safe to express different views. We all need to be able to respectfully disagree with eachother at times, but work together. Wish Congress could do that more. Thanks again!
